Bought the tyre inflator because of the unreliable service station tyre inflators. The buying process online through APD was straightforward. Ordered the tyre inflator late afternoon and received it 2 days later via the Royal mail. I have a car, campervan and motorbike. I like the wind in cable feature keeps everything neat and tidy. The inflator is easy to use on all three vehicles. Appreciated the chocolate.

helpful response to emails relating to my purchase was within the hour and they offered the best price on the parts I needed had to wait a couple of days longer than usual due to the parts that I needed was out of stock (but I was made aware of this before ordering) would happily use them again.

I ordered a cabin filter on their website which was out of stock. They contacted me by email & offered a replacement which wasn't really what I wanted so they immediately sent a refund. I found another that was suitable, they happily ordered it for me and called me when it arrived in my local store to collect.
