This tool is used to lock the chain tensioner in place on the VAG petrol engines that have a cam belt to drive one cam and then uses a chain to transfer the drive from one cam to the other.

Ideal for a variety of VAG engines.

Specialist engine timing tool.
For use with chain driven engines.
