Returns and Refunds

At Automotive Parts Distribution we hope that you are happy with your purchase however we understand that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item of whatever reason.  We shall be happy to refund or exchange it, provided it is within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with a proof of purchase

Unwanted Items

• Before Returning goods please read our terms and conditions
• Any product returned unwanted must be in a re-saleable condition and include the original product and outer packing and documentation where possible.
• Automotive Parts Distribution must be informed of any return request within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Please request a Returns Authorisation Number before returning your goods. Please have to hand the original invoice number and / or the part number and date ordered. Please provide this information via either of the following methods:

• Upon authorisation of the return an acknowledgement shall be e-mailed to the address of the original order with details of how and where to return the goods.
• Any products returned without a returns authorisation number may be refused and may cause a delay in your refund.
• Please remember to include a copy of your returns Authorisation form with the goods to reduce any delay in refunding you.
• The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with our Customer Services Department.
• Automotive Parts Distribution will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during transit, please ensure that adequate insurance cover is taken where possible. Alternatively we would advise you to obtain a certificate of posting  which are available free of charge from all post offices.
• All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving a Returns Authorisation Number
• Upon Receipt, all product shall be inspected and may be rejected if they are not in a re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items

• For items found to be faulty and within warranty we shall (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange a repair or offer you a refund of the purchase price.

• Any products returned without a returns authorisation number may be refused and may cause a delay in processing your claim.
• Please remember to include a copy of your returns Authorisation form with the goods to reduce any delay in investigating the fault.
• Postage costs for products returned as faulty shall be refunded  to you the customer in full, providing you have used our recommended method of posting advised with the returns authorisation documentation.
• All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving a Returns Authorisation Number
• We shall advise you of Receipt of goods and shall aim to resolve the issue within 14 days of receipt.
